Every relationship has its own story, challenges, and strengths. Some couples struggle with emotional disconnection, while others find themselves caught in recurring conflict, communication difficulties, or the painful aftermath of betrayal. Because no two relationships are the same, we believe the path toward healing and restoration should be just as unique. Our Couples Relationship Intensive offers couples dedicated, uninterrupted time to explore the deeper issues affecting their relationship, address unresolved wounds, and begin developing healthier ways of relating to one another.

Unlike traditional weekly therapy, our intensives are thoughtfully designed around each couple’s specific needs. Through a comprehensive pre-intensive assessment, we identify the underlying relational patterns, attachment dynamics, and emotional challenges contributing to the couple’s distress. Using this information, we develop an individualized treatment plan that may incorporate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method interventions, attachment-based approaches, and trauma-informed therapies, including EMDR when clinically appropriate. Whether the focus is rebuilding trust after infidelity, strengthening emotional intimacy, improving communication, or addressing unresolved relational injuries, each intensive is intentionally structured to support meaningful therapeutic work.

Our goal is not simply to help couples communicate better, but to help them understand one another more deeply, heal relational wounds, and create lasting changes in how they connect. With focused therapeutic guidance, intentional opportunities for reflection, and practical tools for continued growth, couples leave with a clearer understanding of their relationship and a personalized plan for moving forward.
